    abstract:

    Current research shows that human language function is the result of the interaction of temporal lobe, parietal lobe and frontal lobe. In order to explore the relationship between the language areas of human brain and the brain areas of macaque, the structural connections between the language region and the macaque brain region and the predefined homologous target brain region were constructed based on the robabilistic fiber tracing method, and the structural connection fingerprints were drawn and the similarity of the connection fingerprints were calculated respectively, and finally determining the rhesus monkey brain region which was similar to the human brain language area and inferring the homology of the brain region. Finally, from the point of view of structural connection, it was determined that the structure of Broca 44 was homologous to monkey brain 44, Broca 45 was homologous to monkey brain 45, angular gyrus was homologous to monkey brain Opt/PG, area 41/42 was homologous to monkey brain CM, posterior to area 21 was homologous to monkey brain CPB, anterior to area 21 was homologous to monkeylbrain IPa, posterior to area 22, anterior and posterior to superior temporal sulcus and dorsolateral area 37 were homologous to monkey brain Tpt.
