Design of Dual Multiplexed Micro-displacement SensingSystem Based on FLRDS

In order to measure the single channel or the single physical quantity of the fiber loop ring-down spectroscopy,the idea of dual-channel synchronous detection was combined with the delay line method to design the dual multiplexed micro-displacement sensing system based on fiber loop ring-down spectroscopy technology.The characteristics including repeatability,reusability and sensitivity were studied experimentally.The experimental results show that the system realized 0~10 mm displacement measurement under dual channel respectively.The repeatability test results of two sensors without displacement were(0.950 080 6±0.001 151)μs-1 and(0.953 523±0.001 757)μs^-1 separetely.When two sensors produced 6 mm and 5 mm displacements,the repeatability test parameters changed to(0.955 884±0.001 966 4)μs^-1 and(0.959 957±0.002 013)μs^-1,respectively;The sensitivity values of the dual sensors were(1.07×10^-3±7.337×10^-5)μs^-1·mm^-1 and(1.00×10^-3±4.130×10^-5)μs^-1·mm^-1;the relative error of the two sensors were 2.1%and 4.0%.The experimental results indicate that this research can provide an effective way to implement multi-parameter synchronous detection.
