Comfortable H Point Domain Research Based on Hydraulic Excavator Cab

abstract:
In view of the deficiencies in the SAE method,the statistical characteristics of the target population were parameterized by the correlation factor method.A solution method adapted to the H point of the target population was proposed and the H point curve of the excavator cab was obtained.The H point area was optimized by the multi-function area method,and the comfort evaluation was carried out by using CATIA ergonomics module.The results show that the optimized H point area had good ride comfort,which verifies the correctness of the H point solution.
