On the Method of Grout Quality Testing of Rock Bolt by High Frequency Guided Wave

abstract:
Rock bolt support is the most widely used support method in underground engineering,but there is still no effective nondestructive testing method for grout quality.Based on the actual model of underground rock bolt supporting system,different rock bolt lab models were made.A single transducer testing system,which was suitable to be used in field test,was created and used to study the attenuation law of high frequency guided wave in grouted rock bolt.Research results show that,the amplitude ratio R and attenuation coefficientβcan be used to quantify grout quality.R is good to be used to quantify the grout quality of same bolt length,andβto different bolt length.
