    abstract:
This paper reports that dendritic nano-silver was fabricated on copper wire mesh by electro-deposition in pure AgNO 3 solution, the glassy carbon electrode modified by dendritic nano-silver as an electrochemical way was used for the detection of glucose. The morphology of the syntheszed silver was characterized by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy(FE-SEM),and electrochemical characteristics were analyzed by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results manifest that the dendritic nano-silver had excellent electrochemical properties. It was obtained on the copper network by selecting suitable deposition conditions, and then shaken down by ultrasonic vibration to modify the glassy carbon electrode for detection of glucose by chromoamperomety. The detection limit was 3.0×10^-7 mol/L under the optimal conditions. This non-enzymatic glucose sensor has low detection limit, high sensitivity and low cost, which make it a promising material in application.
