    abstract:

    In order to find new triazone derivatives with potential biological activities, a series of novel triazones containing acyloxy (3 a-3 b) were designed and synthesized according to the method of active substructure combination and characterized by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR and HRMS.The results of bioassays indicate that the compounds ethyl (6-methyl-3-oxo-2, 3-dihydro-1, 2, 4-triazin-4 (5 H) -yl) carbamate (3 b, 30%, 30%, 40%) and phenyl (6-methyl-3-oxo-2, 3-dihydro-1, 2, 4-triazin-4 (5 H) -yl) carbamate (3 f, 30%, 20%, 60%) showed higher insecticidal activity against cotton bollworm, corn borer and oriental armyworm than pymetrozine (0, 0, 0) at 200 mg/kg.Compound 3 b showed higher larvicidal activity (40%) against Culexpipienspallens than pymetrozine (0) at 0.5 mg/L.Compounds 4-chlorophenyl (6-methyl-3-oxo-2, 3-dihydro-1, 2, 4-triazin-4 (5 H) -yl) carbamate (3 g) and benzyl (6-methyl-3-oxo-2, 3-dihydro-1, 2, 4-triazin-4 (5 H) -yl) carbamate (3 h) showed good bactericidal activity at 50 mg/kg.
