    abstract:
    This study established a theoretical calculation model for measuring CTFs by folding the micro-plate.The relationship between folding angle and moment and CTFs was formulated according to the material mechanics theory.The rationality of the formula was verified by the finite element model.This study provides a theoretical basis for calculating the shape of cell after deformation and the magnitude and direction of CTFs and provides an analytical means and evidence for studying the mechanical and biomechanical functions of cells in vivo.
