    abstract:
    In order to meet the market demand for medical devices and improve the accuracy and speed of existing printers, a skin mount printer was designed. Centered around Xilinx’s ZYNQ-7000, the whole printer uses its embedded ARM processor to carry Linux as the main control of the system. What’s more, it realizes three-axis drive, high-precision nozzle and proportional valve control on its editable logic device. Then, the accuracy and stability of the printer are improved by the acceleration and deceleration controller in the three-axis drive. In addition, the hardware circuits of heating and atomization are made according to the design requirements. Finally, compared with the PrototypeSK00 printer, the printer in this work has significant advantages in precision, stability and time when printing the same size of stand.
