    Aimed at the problems of vibration impact and slippage in the braking process of mine hoist, the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic simulation model of the floor-type friction hoist was established by using ANSYS and RecurDyn software, and the vibration signal test system of cage was built to verify the simulation model. The phenomenon of moment transfer delay caused by the flexible characteristics of the wire rope during constant deceleration braking was analyzed by simulation. The effects of lifting parameters such as load, braking deceleration and braking curve on the dynamic characteristics of hoisting system were discussed. The results show that the change rate of braking deceleration curve and the dynamic load in braking process are the important factors causing vibration impact and slippage of the hoisting system;Compared with the constant deceleration braking curve and the non-constant deceleration braking curve, the constant deceleration braking curve with slope on the descending edge and the ascending edge of the hoist can realize the fast and stable parking of the hoisting system.
