    abstract:
    In order to solve the measurement problem of instantaneous velocity of the piped hydraulic transportation of tube, contained raw material, the new electromagnetic measurement method was put forward, and the method was analyzed theoretically. The measurement system of instantaneous velocity of the piped carriage based on ARM controller as the core was designed. The system included electromagnetic receiving, signal conditioning circuit, upper computer receiving software and database. The velocity measurement system was installed in the piped carriage, and an exciting coil was installed at the position to be measured, so that the speed of the piped carriage at the corresponding position of the pipe can be measured. The actual measurement showed that the method had the advantages of fast frequency response, accurate measurement result and simple installation, and had important application value in the measurement of the object velocity in the pipeline.
