    abstract:
This paper analyzed the power output characteristics and the load response characteristics, and built a bi-layer planning model of the distribution network grid considering DG active management and demand side management. The upper layer minimizes the annual initial investment cost as objective function, and considers the network radial connectivity constraint;the lower layer takes the integrated operation cost as objective function and considers the constraints of network power flow and safe operation. The upper and lower models were solved by Prim minimum spanning tree algorithm and second-order cone programming method. Finally, the simulation was verified by a 29-node distribution network in an area. The results show that the model can effectively promote DG consumption and improve the economics of distribution planning with DG.
