    abstract:

In this paper the effect of BOFS-CCR-PG(BCP) binder was evaluated on the diffusion migration parameters of heavy metal after S/S in industrial contaminated site soil. The effective diffusion coefficient and the change of distribution coefficient of contaminated soil after S/S were investigated on a particular one-dimensional cylindrical diffusion test device, and on the basis of Ficks law theory and Pollute V6.3 calculation program. The results show that the BCP can effectively reduce the effective diffusion coefficient of Ni and Zn by 2 orders of magnitude, while the distribution coefficient is significantly improved by 2 orders of magnitude. The distribution coefficient of Ni and Zn in BCP solidified soil is 169 and 175 times that in the contaminated soil, respectively. The BCP binder can significantly improve the environmental safety of contaminated soil.
