The slotted light steel framed composite wall can greatly improve wall heat transfer performance,reduce heat loss,and control thermal bridge effect.On the basis of the research of the C type web-perforated light steel framed,the section and perforation parameters of the new web-perforated HF1 light steel framed composite wall were analyzed,on with respect to their influence on heat transfer performance.The analysis includes two parts:The influence of section parameters of the composite wall(the height and thickness of keel,the width of flange)on the heat transfer of wall;The influence of web-perforation parameters(the length and width of slots,the distance between slots in transverse direction and in longitudinal direction,the number of rows of slots)on wall heat transfer.The results show that:The variation of the heat transfer coefficient of the wall is more obvious with the height and thickness of keel.The length of slots and the number of rows of slots are the main parameters that affect the heat transfer performance. |
