abstract:
In the absence of template agent, NaA zeolite was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with Na2SiO3·9H2O、NaAlO2 as silicon source and aluminum source, respectively.The influence of the parameters such as water content, crystallization temperature, crystallization time and aging time on the crystal size and distribution was investigated. The products were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that the crystal size decreased initially and then increased with decreasing water content, rising crystallization temperature narrowed the mean particle size of crystal and then crystalline transformations occurred, longer aging time resulted in a narrower particle size distribution, while the particle size obtained in the case of different crystallization time was relatively uniform.The smallest particle was achieved with the size of 0.38μm when the water content was n (H2O) ∶n (Na2O) =70, the crystallization temperature was 90 ℃, the crystallization time was 12 h and the aging time was 3 d.
