abstract:
In this paper, the highly pure Ti plate was used as the electrode substrate. NanoTiO2/Ti thin film electrode was prepared by anodic oxidation and high temperature treatment technology. X-ray diffraction (XRD) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and other physical characterization results show that nano-TiO2 is anatase crystal, morphology is presented as a nanotube array with uniform diameter, the diameter of the tube is about 100 nm, and the wall thickness is about 5 nm. In the ionic liquid water mixing system ([EMIM][BF4]-H2O) , cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to characterize the electrocatalytic performance of nano-TiO2/Ti electrode for electrocatalytic reduction of CO2. The test results show that nano-TiO2 has a high catalytic activity for electrocatalytic reduction of CO2 presumably to HCOOH, CH3OH and other small molecular organic compounds.
