    abstract:
    A series of CuZnA1 mixed oxides were obtained by calcination of CuZnAl hydrotalcite precursors, which were prepared through constant pH coprecipitation method. The gas-phase dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone over CuZnAl catalysts was carried out in a continuous fixed bed reactor. Results show that catalyst with regular layer structure and high crystallinity was achieved in the range of n(Cu):n(Zn)<2. Catalyst with high specific surface area, good Cu dispersion and suitable basic site amount and intensity was obtained after calcination of n(Cu) : n(Zn) : n(Al)=1.0 : 1.0 : 1.0 hydrotalcite precursor. The catalyst exposes Cu0/Cu+ active site in an appropriate proportion after reduction, and under reaction temperature of 250 ℃, the conversion of cyclohexanol is nearly 65.76%, the selectivity of cyclohexanone is 99.48 %.
