    A series of HZSM-5/SAPO-11 composite zeolites were synthesized. The effects of raw material ratio, template, crystallization time on the formation and catalytic performance of HZSM-5/SAPO-11 composite zeolites were studied. The optimal synthesis conditions were: the raw material mass ratio di-n-propylamine m(DPA) : m(HZSM-5) : m(Al2O3)=8 : 4 : 1, di-npropylamine (DPA) as template, and the crystallization time 24 h. The experiment results indicate that the conversion of ethanol and the selectivity to ethylene were about 95%. No obvious deactivation was observed after 150 h.
