In view of the difficulties encountered in the application of Jinci Temple’s cultural heritage, how to maintain the integrity and authenticity of Jinci temple’s garden, judge its landscape value, and take protective measures is an urgent problem to be solved. On the basis of the theory of “landscape performance”, analytic hierarchy process was used to establish a scientific and reasonable classical garden landscape performance evaluation system from the aspects of landscape characteristics, disaster prevention and safety, cultural heritage, and human society, and calculate the weight of evaluation indicators. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to establish the evaluation system model, and the data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in combination with the questionnaire. Finally, according to the evaluation results, the strategies were put forward for the landscape development, disaster prevention and reduction, and cultural heritage protection to realize the protection and development of Jinci garden.
